Have stayed here several times over a number of years - staff are lovely, food tasty and rooms comfy… stayed in the main house for the first time and although the room was lovely, it was directly above the bar so there was some noise - maybe worth considering if wanting an early night! Otherwise a perfect stay x

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
stayed here on several occasions, always received a good welcome, rooms are well appointed and good food.
Hotel was bustling when we arrived. Receptionust was fruendly and check in was smooth. Room was well furnished, if a little tired. Its in a great location and we had access to everything we needed. All in all a great stay.
Another good stay. Food was great. Just need to be aware that when weddings are on certain areas are out of bounds (particularly the outdoor seating area)
Well appointed hotel with lovely views across the Nailsworth valley. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable with a huge bed. Didn't use the restaurant for dinner, but breakfast is excellent. We have stayed here three times now and have not been disappointed.
My stay at this property was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is large and has lots of classic country hotel character, plenty of parking with some excellent views across the Nailsworth valley.
Wonderful location with beautiful views and walking on the common. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and quality in-room tea and coffee. Large beer garden with fun outdoor games.
This hotel is in a beautiful location - our room was clean and welcoming. It was hot with no AC but there was a fan in the wardrobe.
Plenty of parking too.
Our stay here was excellent. Reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. Our room fabulous and spotless. Great thick curtains which completely blocked out the light. The food was amazing. It arrived quickly and hot. There is plenty of car parking.
We can not fault this hotel and its staff and would highly recommend it.
Lovely Cotswold hotel, restaurant and bar. Especially good being able to bring our dog and stay in one of the dog friendly rooms. Stunning local countryside.
Stay was excellent, in extremely warm weather. The room was advised as being a quiet room at the rear. However with the temperature, we had the windows open wide, to be greeted by the continual sound of the air con units, until 11 p.m.
Staff, and service are excellent, superb breakfast. Would certainly stay again.
Absolutely stunning hotel. Beer garden a great space on a lovely summer's day. Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were comfy and spacious and the blackout blinds made for a good night's sleep. Breakfast very good
I will be returning if I'm in the area.
