"Nice breakfast high tea style. Staff were very helpful. Stayed in the loft room for a family of 5. The loft was half height which was fun for the kids. Overall the room space was a bit tight but sufficient. Washing machine and dryers were pay per use. "

"The hotel is great , so is the town in Niseko. As it was early ski season, snow wasn’t the best and the hotel didn’t want to help with rentals , so we had to rent from the next town over and use the hotel’s shuttle to ski from there . Great stay thiugh "

"A great choice of hotel in Otaru. Great location, right on the main tourist street in the town. Excellent modern property with a cultural and historical twist. Very good breakfast with both Japanese and western options. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again if visiting Otaru again."

"This was our first Park Hyatt visit and boy does it live up to the name. Being from a blue collar level, this was a special treat for my husband and I and it surpassed our expectations. The resort is in pristine condition, the rooms had zero flaws and the service was outstanding. They made you feel special and never ignored. It will be the most memorable stay for us and the view of Mount Yotei and in room onsen, was the icing on the cake. Even our room service meal was out of this world. A must visit for all."
