The hotel was very conveniently located outside of Odori station exit 8 or a short 7-10 min walk from the main Sapporo station (you can walk the underground tunnel directly to the hotel or walk on street level). The staff were amazing. Super helpful, always cheery, and very patient. "

My only very minor complaint is that there is no coffee maker in the room. Everything else was great and I would definitely stay there again. "
