The bath water was warm and comfortable.
Airconditioning was working perfectly.
Beds were clean. I took my dirty towels to the workers that cleaned the rooms for new ones.
I did not have room service to clean the room.

There is NOT a mini fridge or a kitchenette, but the cheap eating options nearby and the fact it is in walking distance to the SM Lanang Mall makes it perfect. The staff is more than happy to help with anything you need. Everyone is super nice and friendly. Theres a smoking area down to the left of the lobby. "

"The staff is super nice and very helpful. They all have a smile on their faces. We had a pleasant and relaxing stay at the hotel for a week, and we definitely know where to stay if we come to visit Davao again in the near future. We enjoyed coming down for breakfast as the food is very good, love the buffet! We especially like the menus at the restaurant, reasonable price and lots of selections to choose from. The food is tasty! Shout out to all the staff, and to the management team. "

"What I like most about this hotel is that it has rooms that could conveniently sleep several people. Last year, we were 8, this year, 3. I also like their restaurant, which has a variety of food and drinks options. And being that I have close relatives in Davao, I was able to invite them to dine in the hotel with me, thus avoiding hassles finding restaurants somewhere else. I also like the warm pool, has good size and depth.

"I booked for 5 people. 4 seniors and 1 younger adult. We were given a very small unit with 1 room. We were cramped. The sofa was not even a sofa bed, we had to improvise adding the ottochair so the legs of kuya (80 yrs) won't be hanging. Mattress were spread ON THE FLOOR . Poor Ate (73 yrs) had the difficulty to get up from the floor. Btw, the mattress has to be folded because when spread completely, it will block the door.The caretaker was apologetic but maybe forgot to report to the owner...
