"Always great to come back to the Lotte NY Palace for our annual Veterans Day weekend trip. We’ve stayed here for the last four years and will continue. The hotel is in a great location. The double beds seem larger than normal and are comfortable and the rooms are large. The service is always outstanding. A little disappointed that Troubles Trust was closed but was happy walking up to Rarities. See you next year!"

"Nice room - exactly what we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchenette was great, perfect for breakfast or packing a picnic lunch to eat in Central Park. Location was nice -lots to do in the area and accessible to subway. We did not find it particularly loud but we were visiting from a busy city/area. We did not get a chance to test the TV as we were too busy. Would only say that it would be nice if the kitchen had a few more dishes (2 of everything). Entry into the lobby and room was very easy. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others. "
