5人の宿泊だったが、4人分のタオル、寝具しかなかった。追加寝具がクローゼットにあるはずが、掛け布団下なく、ソファーベッドは清掃されておらず 不衛生だった。窓の鍵は施錠されていなかった。"

"房間非常不整潔！洗手盆有很多頭髮，然後還掛着一條上一個住客使用過的毛巾！枱面上有假眼睫毛，地下完全沒有清潔過有很多殘留物（包括隱形眼鏡）！我要另行買清潔用品，花了兩個小時進行清潔！
房主還要不負責任，只是說會改善，根本沒有再安排過來清潔！"

"壁の汚れ、埃だらけ、エレベーターを降りた廊下の臭いには辟易とした。気持ち悪いので自分で持参した除菌シートで触れるところは拭いてからしか触れなかった。フロア等々、薄暗くて夜間は怖かった。地下鉄駅やスーパーなどは徒歩圏内にあり立地は思っていたより良かった。電話での問い合わせに対してはあまり親切さは感じなかった。
