Conveniently located right next to the train station. Like entering a castle to rest & relax! Got a high floor for my room which has amazing views of the city. Loved the public bath at the basement, probably the biggest one I’ve ever been in for a hotel amenity! Would certainly stay here again for my next visit to Sapporo.

出張で2泊3日利用。昨今の環境配慮への取り組みは良いと思います。連泊時は、毎日の清掃無し。セルフでゴミ・使用済みタオルやガウンを廊下に出し、廃棄・交換されたものが廊下前に置かれているというシステム。但し、宿泊金額に見合う付加価値が何も感じられない。創業からの時間経過に伴う各所の劣化、ＴＶは地上波のみ（1万円未満で宿泊できるホテルでさえ、YOUTUBE等が見れる）。冷蔵庫は、安ビジネスホテル並み。SPA（大浴場・サウナ有）があったが宿泊者でも有料で1300円のため未利用。駅近メリットはあるが新札幌駅近隣ホテルは、付加価値もないまま示し合わせた値上げと思わざるを得ない。出張地の関係上、できれば新札幌駅近隣ホテルを使用し続けたいため、インバウンドや物価高騰、結婚式場併設等、大規模な施設管理のため宿泊額を吊り上げるしかないのかもしれないが金額に見合う併設施設を使用しない宿泊するスペースをさらに快適に過ごせる付加価値を見出して頂きたい。※特にテレビ

家族5人で宿泊しました。ベットが広くて添い寝でも十分休めてよかったです。近くにあった自動販売機が新500円、新紙幣に対応していなかったのが残念でした。

車で行ったので恩恵は受けてませんが駅からすぐなので便利な場所だと思いました。スパが地下にありそこで簡単な食事もできるため一人の出張などだとすごく便利なのでは？と思いました。部屋は清潔でベッドもよかった。なにより、朝食ののっけ丼やそのほか全部美味しかったです。コーヒーも部屋に持ち帰れるように準備されてすごく良かったです
