Nice and roomy for four people, albeit with a slightly weak washing/drying machine. Amenities wise is pretty awesome, and me and three fairly tall friends all had a good time here

とても丁寧な対応をして頂きました。ただシャワーのみだったので、年寄には浴槽が欲しかった。それに冬場は特に必要かと思われます。それに交差点の近くなのと、駐車場が少し狭かったのが不便に感じるかな。

タオル、歯ブラシ、シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープなど宿泊数に応じて用意してくれていた。記載がなかったので、わからなかったが用意されていたのでよかった。

家族で５泊ほどさせていただきました。極寒の日だったので、チェックイン時は部屋がとても寒く、一つのエアコンでは、部屋が暖まりきらず、小さな子もいるので、途方に暮れて、電話して状況を伝えたところ、スタッフの方が、ヒーター類を揃えて持ってきてくださいました。 寒い時点では失敗だったかな、と思ったのですが、結果的に、とても暖かく過ごせ、快適でした。スタッフの方々、感謝しております。 部屋はとてもきれいに掃除してありました！駅チカなので、くるまない方も、いいのではないかと思います。歩いていける居酒屋もとても美味しいです。 お世話になりました！

宿泊人数を打ち間違って予約完了してしまって、さいとから人数変更しようとしたのですが出来なかったので、直接宿泊施設に電話をして、どうしたら良いか問い合わせたところ、とても丁寧な説明で、快く対応していただきました。 宿泊施設は子供を連れてだったので、ゲームやYouTubeが出来るWi-Fi環境が整っていてありがたかったです。 今回、親の引っ越し片付けの為に帰省したので、片付け後はお風呂に浸かりたいな…とは思いましたけど、シャワールームのみで少し残念でしたが、シャワーの水圧は強かったです。 すぐ前が道路なので、朝早くから車の音が結構します。カーテンは遮光なので朝の陽はもれてこなかったです。
