"I was hesitant at first to book because there weren’t as many reviews as other hotels but our stay was one of the most amazing hotel experiences we’ve had. The rooms were spacious compared to other hotels, very clean with great amenities given. The staff were very lovely and the breakfast was delicious. "Spotless rooms, kind and helpful staff, great lounge, ample toiletries items provided in lobby, very convenient location for those new to Osaka, Kitahama station is right outside the front door providing easy access to Shin-Osaka, Dotonbori, Shinsekai, and Nipponbashi. Within walking distance to Osaka Castle. LGBTQ welcoming and we lived our stay here. Bonus there is a great cafe and Family Mart downstairs."
