The room was so beautiful. I love the way they laid out the pajamas on the bed ready for you to wear. The staff were incredibly helpful. I love the breakfast buffet downstairs. We also loved the Luz leaf tea at the bar. We love doing that every night. There was a laundry room on the floor where we were staying on the 21st floor. The staff were very polite.

Hotel room was an absolutely beautiful, unbelievably clean bed was comfortable, and very quiet. The lounge access was a very nice bonus. If I come back to Osaka without a doubt, this is the hotel.
