Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. Would definitely return when we visit Osaka!"

"Staff was very helpful regarding recommendations (food). Grabbing cabs and general help. They have a nightly turn down service if you would like and the room I had was very spacious. Gym had all the essentials and my room was always stocked with free water. About my only gripe was the pillows. A little too firm for my liking. Otherwise, beautiful bar, great room service. Walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants. "

Train station entrance literally 5 ft from the front door of the establishment, which was was super convenient, especially on rainy days."

"A masterclass in World Class hospitality. Lia at check in was welcoming and made an impact after traveling all day. Akiko & Yu at Kura provided by far our best dining experince in Japan. Finally, Nanako, made our stay very special by taking something personal we shared as the reason of our trip and acknolegding it in our room for turn down. It's always the little things and she nailed it."

"We had a corner double room and it was a good size. The onsen onsite was amazing. Washing machine was free which was nice. The location is close to the metro but about a 20 minute ride from all the popular spots. Quiet area."
