Very clean, staff is very nice and the best part is the location, close by to many interesting restaurants. The hotel has a great map for local site seeing and places to eat near by. The spring baths is nice and private. The breakfast is amazing!

Exterior of hotel and lobby have a lovely design. Room was well designed for the size. The first room we were offered was on a low floor: we asked for a higher floor and the front desk clerk immediately found one. Found the location to be very central to all the highlights of Osaka. Would stay again. Spa was a real treat in an urban hotel.
