This Hotel was very beautiful, clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. They have a breakfast buffet and there are many restaurants near by. Close to subway and train station. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was super clean and in excellent shape. The daily cleaning was top notch. The room is a little small for 3 people, but it would be perfect for 2 people. Front desk staff was super helpful. The location is what really makes this hotel excellent. It is connected to the Dotica underground passageway that can be used to walk to Umeda Nishi station which we used for most of our touring. If you need other lines you can walk just a little further underground to the Osaka station with many trains and other subway lines. To get there you go to level B1 from a separate elevator to the regular ones. We found this super handy. Especially when it is raining.
