This is where Japanese people go to relax. The hotel staff generally don’t speak English, so know the basics in Japanese or use decent translation software. "

"Great location! Friendly staff, small but cozy and clean rooms. Nice amenities in lobby for you to use if you forgot any. 5 min walk to ikebukuro station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very close to sunshine city! Would stay here again. "

They went above and beyond for us from communicating with our airline due to delayed baggage, allowing us to check in an entire day late due to flight delays and finally storing our items for us after we checked out that we accidentally left in the safe! Their dedication to excellent hospitality and honesty goes beyond what we have ever experienced in our travels. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Tokyo. We will only be staying in this hotel from now on whenever we visit Japan. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!"
