The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, especially the front desk and housekeeping teams, who provide excellent service. The hotel's location is ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It's also just a 10-minute walk to the Mall of the Emirates, making it very convenient.
