"My suite was clean and neat. The staff immediately greeted me upon entering the front door and immediately helped me with check-in. They offered information regarding upgrades for my suite and arranged transportation when I needed it. Someone sent me flowers and they weee delivered to my room. My clothes were washed and folded as request. My undergarments weren’t properly cleaned since I was leaving the next day there was no time to have them laundered again. The proper is absolutely beautiful. The Spa was fabulous. I enjoyed my first time in Dubai. It was a wonderful experience. New Year’s Eve celebration was really nice as well. The hotel was easy to find and close to where I needed me to go even with rush hour traffic."
