"Everything from check in to check out was amazing"

"It was a very large very busy hotel. I found it wasn't as friendly as all the other hotels i have stayed at in Vietnam! It wasn't the staff as they were lovely it was actually the guests!! I was on the 36th floor and the views were amazing as was the room. The breakfast was good and plenty of choice but again busy as! so a lot of people pushing in front of you. No beds and no beach towels at the beach the whole time i was there, i am glad i took my own beach towels and i paid to hire sunbeds from another company. "

"Breakfast was amazing and free. Food options were very good especially the variety of Vietnamese food that changes every day. Staff were all wonderful and the room was tidy and clean. Would definitely stay again. The room pictured is what you get. Awesome hotel and value for money. Would not hesitate to book again. And for the ladies, the water pressure is great. "

"Amazing hotel and the best in Hanoi ! This hotel is so luxurious and special in every way! The rooms are lavish with the most comfortable beds and are beautifully decorated with lovely bathrooms and amenities including silk robes and slippers. Whatever you need a staff member is on it so quickly and everyone is so accommodating and caring. A special thank you to butler Celine and concierge Yen who were just incredible! There is 24 hour butler service and a special lounge for tea and treats anytime if you book specific room options. Also there is a delicious breakfast. The hotel is well located and close to sites, restaurants and shops. It was truly an exceptional experience to stay here and my thanks again to everyone who made my stay so memorable! "

"The hotel is modern, clean and in an ideal location for airport convenience. There are other food and shopping options nearby. The pool and roof bar terrace are wonderful, with reasonably priced food and drinks and helpful, friendly staff. The highlight for me was the amazing customer service supplied by front desk staff. I had to buy a new suitcase and found one online that I wanted to purchase. I needed the case that day as I was flying out the following morning. I do not speak Vietnamese and could not process the order myself as the site did not recognise my overseas telephone number. A staff member used his own phone to communicate with the seller and to ensure I received the case later that day with it being delivered to the hotel. There is no way that I could have done this without the superb customer service I received from this staff member. He even communicated with colleagues to ensure that staff arriving for the next shift were aware of the upcoming delivery after he had left for the day. I am extremely impressed and grateful for the service I received- it was exceptional."
