"Last minute stay due to flight cancellation at heathrow. We were able to book a great room on the second floor, it was clean, warm and comfortable, and we were able to get a shuttle back to the airport the next day. Would recommend "

We had a problem with the AC not staying on and were given another room without hesitation since we had two more nights. Very close proximity to Terminal 2 with easy access to very inexpensive airport bus."
