"Property was beautiful inside, very fancy. It was a very clean hotel, check in was easy and in English. I was even able to check in early which was very convenient. The room was luxurious, and both Western and Japanese style pillows were given which was very appreciated, although the Western pillows were slightly too soft but that’s my personal preference. Complimentary water bottles every day were greatly appreciated. Public Bath was amazing, originally sceptical but once I experienced it once, I went every night I could. Room was cleaned daily and to a very high standard, shower was phenomenal, some of the best water pressure I’ve ever had. Overall, a great experience and one I’d definitely return to. "

"Absolutely loved tatami floor mats through out. The onsen was relaxing and clean, we enjoyed using it as much as we could. The massage chairs where very popular but worth the wait for that 15min massage after walking all day. The onsite laundry room came in handy and was easy to use. And you have to try the traditional Japanese breakfast at least once during your stay. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we will be booking here again in the future."

"We had a nice stay at Hotel Monterey Le Frerw Osaka. Great location, and parking available where we can just drop off our car and access public transport around the city. The hotel is like new, clean and full of amenities. Staffs are friendly and helpful too. Will definitely come back next time we’re in Osaka. Highly recommended."
