Loved the breakfast buffet! Laundry lounge was free, there was also a vacuum sealer to shrink down your clothes for packing. Right in the middle of Namba Center, so close to all shopping and food! Would come back again!

The hotel itself is great -- lovely, helpful staff and good amenities. There are many places to eat and/or drink nearby. The central location works well for getting around Osaka, but he neon-lit, perpetually crowded mall surrounding the hotel is not a restful or relaxing experience -- great if you don't mind full on sensory overlload.

What an amazing hotel. We stayed with our two children and we had so much space and extra amenities in the room. You also cannot fault the location as it’s in the middle of everything - I highly recommend

The hotel is located in Sennichimae, a busy shopping and dining district, but we had no issues with noise at night. Check-in was extremely slow, with a wait of over an hour. The rooms are very spacious by Japanese standards, but poorly maintained, with stains on the carpet, ceiling and floorboards. Thankfully, the bedsheets and bathroom were clean. A highlight is the lounge, which offers complimentary alcohol and snacks—a great place to unwind each day.

So well located to plenty of places to eat and soak in the vibe, yet the rooms are quiet. It was worth getting the lounge access - a nice place to retreat to as required. The laundry room was amazing - such a well appointed and tranquil spot while you are keeping on top of chores - even had a coffee machine in there. The use of the washer and dryer were free, which is an absolute bonus. The hotel is a short walk to the subway - we were practically undercover the whole time while moving between transport and the hotel. Loved our stay here - would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed a 3 nights stay here. The hotel is well located, next to shops, restaurants and the train station. On the negative side, it was a very busy hotel, check in at 3pm had a long queue, but staff did their best to move people along. Our floor was non smoking but the carpets in the corridors were very stained and a smoke stench everywhere. The rooms were quite small, with not much of a view. On the positive side, the lounge with free drinks was great, the free laundry room was very useful and we enjoyed the best breakfast at the hotel buffet, so delicious, especially the French toast, pork curry and fresh fruit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel.
