Loved the location, the room and the staff. Room was vey spacious and beds were comfortable. The area around it was very good. Easy to access all Kyoto sites with lots of transit options and there was also a lot of high quality eating options nearby. I personally loved the bakery around the corner - Le Petit Mec for breakfast. Best French pastries I have ever had and good coffee. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic view of the mountain and the city from our bedroom. We were on the 9th floor and we relished the space and the comfortable setting of this room. Very good beds as well. Amenities bar by the reception offering team coffee and all the fixings for the bathroom. Only thing I would like is a toaster oven to cook some toasts and pizza once in a while! Area is very quiet and safe and this was one of our favorite stay in Japan for the two weeks we were there.
