"first room of subpar and shower only ran hot water which made it impossible to take a shower but was transferred and upgraded to a better quality room. this is definitely a 3-star property not a 4-star or 5-star property. The gym, if you can even call it that, was nothing more than a home bicycle and a home treadmill with just a few dumbells & 1 lower back machine. Breakfast was ok. Made mysrlf some nice omletts. Toiletries & hairdryer were in the room. Slippers were not new!! Website claims 4...

"Quite a strong and big chain. Professional staff as expected and hugely recomendad for any kind of stay. Only feedback is fried rice was dry,unexpected for traditional dish and quite easy to make. Deserts were really good."
