Family friendly Hotels in Ilocos Region

"The hotel is pretty new, just a year old and so you can expect that all the building is at its prime condition. Rooms and facilities are clean. We got two rooms, one with two queen beds that can accommodate 4 people and one with two queen beds and a small room with two single beds. The second room is ideal for a family of 6. "Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. "
