"Was up graded to a suite with a garden view. The room was cozy and warm. It was a very cold day so to come in a room so warm was nice. "

"The best room out of a 6 room, 2 week trip trip had it not been for a glaring problem. There was no running water for nearly an entire day of our 3 day stay. Otherwise it would have been nearly perfect."

"The staff was friendly, engaging, and accommodating. Though it seemed that since I was a local I had to put down a deposit. Plus I was given a subpar room that by the indents in the carpet, had recently had the table taken out of it and pictures taken off the wall. Also it was right next to the stairwell. Though the reration area; pool, jacuzzi, and exercise room were all perfect . So as long as you're not a local your chances of getting a five star stay are increased."
