"We stayed for a week and had a great overall experience. Breakfast was excellent—definitely worth going earlier, as it gets very crowded between 9–10 a.m. The rooms were modern and clean, and the European-style showers (open with a glass panel) looked sleek, though they can leave the bathroom floor wet—especially with kids. The pools were fantastic and never felt overcrowded. There’s no microwave in the rooms, and housekeeping only comes every three days, so you’ll need to request daily coffee refills and fresh towels if needed. One downside is that the walls aren’t very well insulated, so you can hear street noise and hallway activity. Also, the smoke detector is positioned near the bed, and the blinking light can be a bit distracting at night. Front desk staff was very friendly, Alejandro was very welcoming and provided great check in experience. "

"Room was clean but the walls were paper thin. Music played until 4 am. Almost impossible to sleep with all the noise from outside and in the hallway. Also, good luck trying to talk to anyone at the front desk. The lines were always super long. Would have been helpful to have a concierge desk for simple questions outside of the check in or checkout line. "
