"Our room was discusting. All kinds of dirty. I literally had to mop our room floor. Just filth. Hair all over the bathroom. Had to wipe all the handles and THE LIGHT SWITCHES. Had to unclog the bathtub. The doors have sludge running down them. The inside of the dresser was so dirty I left my clothes in my suitcase on the luggage rack. The luggage rack was so dirt I hesitated to put my suitcase on it. Bedding was clean but I’m sure that is outsourced. Thank god cause the “cleaning” staff are NOT cleaning. Payed $45 a night for resort fee. Part of that is for cleaning the room. They never came to clean the room. Took out our own trash. Hunted someone down for trash bags and fresh towels. Used a towel to sweep our room. I feel like I should get my $45 x 4. Plus get payed $45 x 4 for doing their job. Cleaning staff are ripping off the hotel and guests. It’s just a shame because it is a pretty cool place. "

"Room clean but in bathroom behind toilet the wallpaper is coming off. It did not look like the carpet gets vacuumed everyday. I could see same piece of thread and small paper on carpet near bathroom for three days. Front desk staff are terrible. Very terse response when asked for help. Maybe they can judge who is high rollers who come to Casino. I was not maybe! Actually nicest people were upstairs essential staff. Would so go there again, I don’t think so. Only good things are they gave food court, market and essentials and pool area. "

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful, very nice room plenty of space. The only downfall to this hotel is the CIGARETTE SMOKE and SMELL. There is no way to avoid the cigarette odor. The food court is right beside the casino where the smoke is, to get to the north tower to the rooms you have to go through the casino also. For many it didn't bother them but if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke please be aware."
