"4/5. Overall pretty happy with this place. The room was nice and clean. The pool and hot tub are nice but only open from 9 am to 6 pm. The things I didn’t like was none of the rooms have microwaves and the fridge is $25 if you’re in the Royal Tower. Parking used to be free, now it’s $20 per night."

"It's better then i thought it would be. We stayed in the Skytower area and the rooms were ok a little out dated and the cleanliness well i guess what you would expect I come in and wipe everything down either way. There is self check in so you really don't have to deal with staff however they are there of you need further assistance. They were very helpful. Overall my family had a great time. The amusement park is very nice and so is the arcade. The only thing i don't like is the smoke smell. "
