"The building is a bit dated and the air conditioning not great but generally okay hotel and it is located very close to the local hot springs. "

This is a problem if you have a morning flight as the bath not open early enough. It is also a problem if you think you can shower in your own room."

"If you are a non-smoker, do yourself a favour and skip this place. The hotel uses central air conditioning and the rooms on the non-smoking floor (level 7) smell musky with a stale cigarette stench. We had 3 rooms in my group and all the rooms were the same even when we changed rooms. In addition, most of the service staff were non-Japanese, they could not communicate well and did not appear to be well trained and quite rude.
