"Aside from the lobby areas, the hotel rooms feel outdated and in need of a thorough deep clean. The ceiling vents and windows were noticeably dirty and appear to have been neglected for quite some time. While the lobby features modern, stylish décor, it doesn’t match the condition or aesthetic of the rooms, creating a disconnect in the overall experience."

"The property is in very nice condition. The room was much bigger than i expected (bedroom, living room and balcony). However, my room did not have the sheer curtain in the bedroom. The TVs are not very user friendly for just regular stations. Also, no ability to log into Netflix or Prime. Stll the room was a Great value. "

"The pictures make it look like a nice hotel, but they have cut every possible corner on the maintenance which has kead to the hotel looking in really bad shape. Not so much in the hallways but inside the actual rooms"

"Unfortunately I booked a standard room, so the minibar in my room did not come stocked with any drinks or snacks. More importantly, I did not notice till the evening before checking out that my shower did not produce hot water. Last, the breakfast at Southern Elements was grossly overpriced. Base price for 2 people was more than $80 dollars, and the breakfast itself was nothing spectacular. The restaurant also neglected to return my credit card upon paying the bill, a fact I did not notice till I tried to pay admission to the botanical gardens. Huge waste of time and money that I found very annoying"

"The staff was incredible! From the valets to the bellman and the people at the front desk, everyone was so helpful and proactively asking if there was anything they could do for us. We checked out early and, even before punching in, one of the nice women directed us to the correct place to pick up our car from the valet. "
