"I have traveled all over the world and I must say by far this is the absolute worst hotel experience. Every time I arrived to the hotel, my key card didn’t work, so I made it all the way to the room, to turn around and go back downstairs to get it reprogrammed. The shuttle service to the airport was never on time & one day they told me to expect the shuttle at the airport at 3:30p as I was using it as a way to get back-and-forth to the MARTA. I stood outside in 35° temps and wind from 3:10 until 3:40. I called the hotel back & found out that the shuttle service driver was “delayed” (with no further explanation) & wouldn’t arrive until 4 PM. So, for an hour I waited in the freezing cold while watching people come after me & leave before me because it seems as though other hotels stayed on their scheduled time route. THEN came the worst part. The heat in my room stopped working on the 30° night. I was told to let it run longer because the heat would kick in (I did it, but knew that wasn’t true). My room felt like an icebox. I opened the door to the hallway (at least 15° warmer), so I propped my door open for over 30 minutes to let the hallway heat warm my room. I went down to the front desk & she told me she had to check with her manager, wait 30 minutes & she’ll call my room. 35 minutes later, nothing. I call the front desk, she already had an answer- a space heater: Totally Unacceptable! Then told me fully booked (didn’t seem that way). I was furious & done! Never Again!"
