"Management J, J, & J were the best!!! Went above and beyond to assure my Princess and I celebrated and enjoyed her birthday and a welcoming stay! Everyone was attentive and committed to assuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, not to mention thoughtful and memorable with cake for the birthday girl! "Only one elevator worked the entire trip. No staff member really cared that there was a line to use the elevator at any given time over 45 minutes long. Hotel is in need of repairs and updates. Rooms were okay but had many water stains on ceiling. Empty bottle and trash found behind couch. Valet was super nice and helpful. Called the hotel front desk 5 times on day of arrival to confirm my vehicle would fit in the parking deck. No answer. Parking deck will not fit vehicles over 6'6". Will need to valet which is $50 per day. Overall, not a great experience and would not book again."

"Clean room staff was very rude and not attentive to her job as a clerk she was on her phone texting while I was checking in her focus was not in the client but whatever she had going on didn’t give me any information to help me out with parking or anything else untile I asked for help then her attitude was blunt to the point I had to figure it out on my own I have stayed here many times the staff is always helpful and attentive to you but time I felt uncomfortable and unappreciated for my business I can understand you having personal issues but the client is not responsible for any of your problems customer service is your job so you should make sure the customer understands what is available to him or what he or she needs to assist them while they are there "

"Clean hotel. Beds were super comfy. Shower had shampoo, conditions, body wash and lotion provided. Staff was pleasant. Could use a little updating, but it seems as though they are currently working on it. Very good breakfast with plenty of options. Also orange juice, apple juice and coffee. Would definitely return when I come back to the area."

"I do not remeber the representative's name but she was a black woman with shkrt hair and wore glasses, she was Extremely nuce and very helpful! My stay was very nice as the rooms were also nice and clean. I would stay again. They have a nice lobby that has a restaurant and bar and area for watching a large screen tv, it was a vibe to chill there for a while after we explored the city before going back up to my room"
