"The overall atmosphere was great. The rooms were stylish and the bar was cool. There however was not any signage to direct you to the roof top bar. The concierge texting service was often unresponsive. No room service. They collect your card information and claim you can charge everything to your room, but you actually have to pay for everything in individual transactions. The parking was over $50 dollars for one night just because there was a concert going on that we had no idea about. I’m giving them 4-stars for cleanliness, style and location, but the service, pricing and amenities were substandard for what I’m used to from a hotel of their acclaimed caliber. I likely won’t be returning or recommending."
