"We’ve stayed here several times and it is always clean, quiet and lovely. I think the parking fee per night is crazy since the lot is huge and I’m sure guests attending an event there do not pay for parking. So to pay for a room plus parking is annoying. Also our room felt very humid. Temp was comfortable but the room felt slightly damp. "

"The staff was the best part of this stay. Other than that, i have no reason to ever come near this property again. We had to switch rooms three different times. The first room only had a queen bed- I'd reserved a king. The second room had a moldy/mildew-like smell, nasty carpeting, and a couple of the lights didn't work. The third room was better. However, there was pink mold on and around the shampoo and conditioner dispenser; and something blackish-brown in the corners of the shower. Also, the parking lot was a mess. Vehicles were parked all over the place in the back of the complex where we parked. Two vehicles had my car blocked in and when I asked about the cars being moved, I was told that they have no way of knowing whose vehicle it was and there was nothing that could be done. Because of this, I ended up missing the gathering that I was in town to attend. During check-in, though, the front desk attendant named Kisha was very helpful. "

"If I could give this property 0 reviews I would. There was no mention that this hotel was under construction until we had gotten there and then there was no breakfast as they mentioned due to they were under construction. Our room was horrible. There was no table, only a chair no knobs on the closet door. The lights barely worked. Then on top of that we saw a bedbug on the bed that was alive. We immediately had to go to another hotel because I was horrified. "

"The property and room were fine. However, we didn’t think the toilet flushed right. When used (nothing that shouldn’t and not excessive) it plugged. When the front desk was told of the plug we were directed to come to the desk for a plunger and to try and unplug it ourselves. "
