"We all are very impressed with how well the hotel is run. Among 5-star hotels in Surabaya and Jakarta, this hotel is the best and service truly stands out. Room service was prompt and courteous, the Executive Lounge offered excellent food, drinks, and personalized attention, and breakfast at the Pavilion was outstanding. "

"We booked a room for 4 people on Expedia which had good reviews and a high rating, but when we arrived it was a 12 bedded dorm which we would not have booked. We emailed the property for clarification but we did not get a response.We feel we were not given what we asked for. On the website it stated that there was a 4 bedded room available but not a 3 bedded room or 2 bedded room. So we felt there were only 4 beds in a room. Could you explain how this has happened? It was noisy and very dirty and a terrible experience. We would like a full refund from you and ask you to review the rating you currently have on the hostel."
