"I will start with the cons before I get into what we enjoyed. First off we didn't get the room we booked. I booked a pool side room but was given sea view room. When I went to ask about it the blonde lady (I will not mention her name) tried to cover it up after I showed her my itinerary. She was fairly rude about it and just kept saying we upgraded you to sea view room. But I kept telling her I booked pool side and if I wanted sea view I would have booked sea view. "WE had to make an emergency stay at the last moment. Pleasantly surprised at how beautiful Tropis is. The grounds were beautful. The rooms were very nce and the Staff was extremely courteous. "Room was very spacious. 2 full queen beds. Patio on one side of the room and smaller patio on the other side. Room was very clean. Staff were all very pleastant and helpful. Only small negatives was low pressure in shower but this is Italy so i wouldn't deduct anything for that. Hotel is a maybe a 7 min walk to the center. "
