An upscale hotel in the heart of the CBD of Sydney. Close to shopping, dinning and train stations. Ideal location!

Resting in a comfortable room and quiet place is all we need to be out of busy life. The hotel gives you this even it is in the centre of the City. Being in the centre, is also advantageous because very near to all nice tourist attractions.

Great position, very clean , friendly and helpful staff

I like to travel light so a guest operated coin laundry is important to me. Hotel dry cleaning services are always too expensive. This hotel has it and the laundry room is open at 7am. The washer cost $4 and the dryer costs $2. Soap is $2. Another criteria for me is transportation. Southern Cross Station, a major transportation hub, is only 2 mins walk away. From there you can go just about anywhere in the city and the suburbs. There are multiple tram stops within 2-5 mins walk from the hotel. There are plenty of dining options within 2-15 mins walk from this hotel. Room is comfortable, small, and quiet. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. A rack full of tour brochures from many companies to choose from in the lobby. Breakfast buffet is available for $25. A bit steep for the selection and quality of food offered. You can stock up on food from the Fresh Pantry, a city grocer on Spencer Street about 6 mins walk. They charge for telephone by the minute if you call a mobile number. Not a hotel to bring your girl to to impress her unless she is the frugal type. Try the Vibe Savoy on Spencer street 5 mins walk away if you want to impress your girl and not break the bank. But they don't have a guest operated coin laundry.

Good hotel with good facilities for price. Could be brighter in the foyer as decor is quite dark. The rooms are functional, and clean .the bed is good. A bit noisy in the back room as there is aircon next door. Very close to all city amenities.

First trip to Brisbane. Very much enjoyed the welcoming staff and nice room. Arrived tired from long flight at 10:00am and our room was ready!
