"Great location for beach, restaurants and shops. Two pools and a hot tub. Breakfast buffet was great. Would recommend. Hotel is right on the tram line which makes it simple to get to south broadbeach or the other way to main beach."

"The hotel is lovely, with friendly and helpful staff, and a restaurant and bar onsite. The twin room we had was small but comfortable, with AC and WiFi. Great location! Our only surprise was when our room was “tidied up” but only one bed had been made and the glasses that were still in use had been dumped of remaining liquid, not cleaned, turned upside down, and put back in their original places. No additional cleaning or service was done that we could tell. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely consider returning. "

"Especially, clean crisp white sheets, towels all prestine. What really stood out was the courteous service from the front desk. Ask for a different room, than initially given, because of mobility issues. Courteously adjusted. Just a note, some of the rooms are located in an area that require manuvering stairs. Finally location, abosolutely the best, link rail, etc. Great value for the money, this coming from a hotel snob."
