"Although the property is a bit dated the rooms are fresh and modern with a high level of cleanliness. The attached restaurant Lime 303 is a great choice for high end eating in Albany. We have been here on 2 separate occasions and we plan on staying here again. "

Not sure how rooms are selected/allocated, my room was almost as far as possible from the communal bathroom."
