Room was clean and modern. Staff freshened it everyday with a full change every 3 days. Lobby staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to everything, perfect for solo travellers who want to explore Sydney!!

Very easy access to train lines, room was nice and clean and we were able to check in early. Staff was fairly hands off but overall a pleasant easy stay. The bathrooms do lack a bit of privacy to keep in mind with who you are travelling with.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location- very near Central Station, Chinatown and Pady’s market. The front desk staff are friendly. However, the rooms are small, beds are small and uncomfortable- soft and bouncy, could not get a good night sleep here .

Best hotel experience ever!

Spent 4 nights there and had a great experience. I was a bit worried as there weren't many reviews but it turns out it is a brand new hotel. Room were clean and everything worked. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel doesn't mention, but they have a great gym with exercise equipment and free weights. They also have a coffee shop and a restaurant onsite, where they serve simple food. I had a cheeseburger and it was delicious. The hotel is located next to China town with a lot of good restaurants and World Square and other shopping. It's also next to tram lines. Great neighborhood. Overall, I had a great stay! Thanks! I will be back!

This hotel is brand new, and while the staff are still finding their rhythm, they were friendly and eager to help. The bar staff in particular were excellent, warm, attentive, and made the experience enjoyable. The room was compact but well-designed: stylish, impeccably clean, and functional. However, the bed was extremely firm with no cushioning, which made it quite uncomfortable. The feather pillows didn’t help either, offering little support and adding to a restless night. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was a loud beep that occurred roughly every 20 minutes throughout the night. It sounded like someone was trying to access the room, which was unsettling and made it difficult to relax. While the hotel itself is modern and beautifully maintained, the combination of poor sleep quality and the disruptive noise means I’d hesitate to return. A lovely space, but sadly, a terrible night’s sleep.

Overall, I could not fault this hotel. The location was close to all the main sites near chinatown, a few minutes walk to central or the light rail running to circular quay or darling harbour. The bed was comfortable and the rain shower was devine. The staff were friendly and very willing to help me when I was having medical issues (Thank you Adam). All in all , an amazing hotel.

The air conditioning only activates when it detects movement in the room. On a hot day, I'd return to find temperatures around 29°C, then wait a couple of hours for it to cool down. If you're coming in and out during the day for work or to freshen up, this makes the room pretty impractical. I understand the energy-saving intent, but a simple thermostat override would solve this.

Didn't appreciate the fire alarm at 10.30PM, because someone was having a hot shower abd created too much steam. Bathrooms don't have exhaust fans, so this will happen again. Staff and amenities were good.
