This was our first stop before moving to another resort we booked in. It was a perfect spot to rest for a day or two after a long flight. We loved the beautiful beach at this property compared to where we are now. There were a few restaurants nearby but out of our price range. However with the mini kitchen in our suite we were quite content ordering from Uber Eats. The hotel staff was friendly and we loved the fact we came at a time when it was not a busy season. Did I mention the amazing view? Our suite we got a beautiful of the ocean AND the lagoon! Thanks again BSea for a relaxing and restful stay in Cancun.

I stayed with my daughter and sister for 4 nights and we loved it!! The staff was wonderful, the pool viewing the beach is gorgeous specially at night. The restaurant food was delicious. The rooms are very clean, the A/C , microwave and refrigerator works. They have a convenience store called bimbo, it sales drinks snacks hygiene stuff. Also, I decided to wash my cloths, and the washer and dryer works great, the dryer drys your cloths very fast. I thought the hotel would be far from everything, but it’s not. Next to the hotel, it’s the bus stop. I would take the red/orange bus to go to the Mercados. The bus is only 12 pesos!! And it runs every like 2 minutes. This beachfront hotel is the cheapest but its worth more. I highly recommend it. I would stay here again.

For the price I would definitely stay again. A little shabby but Ok. Everybody was very helpful. Security is very good. Coming in and out of Hotel...location is great only 15 min from airport. Uber charges 130 pesos so definitely download app./ vs Hotel charges 700 pesos

The hotel is in a wonderful location with an ocean view and a pool; everything was great, the staff was very friendly and excellent. The only thing that needs updating is the bathrooms, as they were very old.

Once checked-in A/C wasn't working but staff was super helpful in exchanging the room (downgraded, but working A/C). Furniture is very outdated and used. Although the rook looked clean there were small cockroaches (found and eliminated at least 5 during 2 night stay). The rooms come (at least the ones we checked) with kitchenette but no pots, only dinnerware and microwave, basically the stove is useless. I would not stay there again.

It was clean and comfortable. Little things were needing repair such as the bathroom door locks in the pool area and you have to be careful of raised lip entrances, so as not to fall. The infinity pool and adjoining private beach was nice. The little on site convenience store was excellent with reasonable prices. It had everything you needed.

Fairly clean, old building, weird little winding staircase entrance to room. Elevator (one out of commission) the only one seemed like it could use some maintenance. Staff were friendly enough. Would be nice to have coffee available in the rooms or common areas.
