"Room was clean... however the air wasn't as cool as I would have liked. Everything else was excellent. Water pressure and temperature of the water was the best in all my stays in the Phillipines. The breakfast was amazing. Something for everyone! The food was well prepared and/or fresh. The staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay there again."

"Every member of staff we encountered were very gracious and professional. They went out of their way to help with the smallest things. The restaurants have excellent food and ambiance. The breakfast buffet can get crowded, but the staff are quick to get anything needed, turnover tables, and keep things running smoothly. Overall an excellent experience and will definitely stay here again."

"This is such high class hospitality. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we felt like we were the most important guests they had to take care off that day and every day following. The friendliness and helpful staff is something missing from many establishments these days. I could not find a thing out of place or anything that wasn’t right. It was truly the perfect stay, so good that we didn’t just start our three week holiday there with a three night stay but decided to end it with another three nights at New Works Makati. Highly recommended."
