"Very clean and nice room. It was much bigger and nicer than expected! It was a great value and the shuttle service was great!"

"I loved the location of this hotel, It was a few doors down from the grocery store, bars and restaurants. The staff was very nice and polite. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would do different is book a room that has the shower that is not in with the toliet."

"I honestly never come on here to complain, but this by far was one of the worst stays. As soon as we got there, they wanted to charge me early check-in, which I understand that some hotels require a fee however, she wanted it in cash, which was very suspicious to me. Also, the restroom lobby was down. We were not provided any towels the rooms were disgusting and the list goes on. If you’re reading this review, I would really take everyone’s review to consideration, which is something I regret."

"I really liked the room at my last visit three months ago; bathroom this time looks work with aging, darkening caulk surrounding tub, some chips in tub floor and torn shower curtain. Otherwise the room was very nice, and the train noise was really just a background for sleep. The staff are friendly, attentive and professional. "

"The location is convenient and close to the event my group was attending. We stayed in one of the loft rooms in the basement. The room reeked of cigarettes and weed. The floors left my socks black. Our AC was not working in the room and was not fixed after asking about it twice. The staff was friendly and otherwise helpful in getting the pull out couch set up for us. The rooms upstairs may be cleaner, but the basement room was just dark and dingy. For $300+ a night, I expected it to at a bare minimum be clean and not stink like smoke."

"We stayed at Doubletree for one night to take advantage of the proximity and airport shuttle for a very early morning flight. The property was a bit dated but the room was clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had no issues with the shuttle, which was right one time and quick to get us to our terminal. This may be the case with all the hotels in that area, but the external noise can be heard in the rooms so if you’re sensitive to noise, make sure to have some ear plugs handy."

"Great location and a beautiful room. Some of the decor and furniture looked more high-end than they actually were, and a few pieces were not the most functional. The shower was probably the weakest part of the room, the handheld shower hose was broken, the water pressure was very weak, and it leaked onto the bathroom floor. Thankfully, extra towels solved the issue. Overall, I would still stay here again."
