The room I stayed in was clean and decent bed linen towels ect but the furnishings were out of date and very tired I never ate breakfast so I can not comment on this and the Bar menu was very limited The food however was always hot and cooked well

Arrived late afternoon and the check in was just ok. I have stayed here many times and the Reception staff have always been so friendly and professional. This gentleman clearly was not bothered at all. The room was absolutely freezing and the radiator was only just warm. There was another heater that I managed to plug in and pull closer to the bed to warm up the bed sheets. I have never stayed in a colder room. The plug by the mirror is positioned too low to plug in any straighteners or device you may want to use which renders it useless!!!
