"The resort was excellent because there were many pools to go in and most of them were the perfect depth 4,10. If you don't like pools the beach was very good. At the beach you could go to the cold lake that is good for photos. The beach is cleaned every morning but in the afternoon it is little dirty from the seaweed. Next the food was excellent. There is a variety of restaurants like Asian, Italian, and a very big buffet, and many more. After eating you need to go to the room. The room was very clean and maintained. Like they ask you every day if you need cleaning. Overall the place is maintained very well too like there were cutting bushes every 3 days it was cool. Overall it is a every maintained resort with 5 star food and pools. Definitely recommend."

"The property itself is large, beautiful, and has a changing schedule of events every day (Ceviche cooking class, ice bath sessions, painting etc) which keeps every day fresh and interesting. From the moment you step foot onto the resort the staff are consistently polite and attentive. We were greeted and shown around by Judith and Antonio who were both incredible. The activities often were run by Bryan, Gisel, Lizbeth and Nereysa, who were all super warm and helpful. Not to mention Raquel, who went above and beyond to assist us in reservations, activities, and keeping us up to date with new information. Among a sea of incredible workers, they really went above and beyond and made the trip that much better. The only minor blemish was the amount of extra fees (for example- specific flavours of drinks costing extra, separate menus with paid options that could’ve been included in the normal menu, laundry etc). Other than that, I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxed holiday with top notch service."

"I like to be honest with these reviews the only complaint I had was I had to scan the menu for dinner. But even then that is a stretch of a complaint. I felt the resort was calm and comfortable, yet had a nice getaway atmosphere. My husband and I rented a car but they have shuttles to take you places. I read that the noise from the roof and the street was loud at night but I felt it wasn’t bad. I’m a light sleeper and I was just fine. Take advantage of being so close to 5th ave. And there is a nice seafood restaurant down the block if you want to eat away from Reef 28. Oscar is so sweet and willing to help, in fact all the staff is ready to help. Access to the beach is right down the street a 5 minute walk."

"Our stay here was PHENOMENAL!! The staff was AMAZING. The property was exceptional and well maintained!! The beds are like sleeping on clouds! Soooooo much fun and will definitely be back! The only thing I would do is maybe not come during seaweed season not the hotels fault but the beaches were not swimmable!! Other than that everything was amazing"

"Nidara Suites Playa del Carmen es un nuevo hotel boutique que acaba de abrir sus puertas y, sin duda, fue una excelente elección para mi estancia en la Riviera Maya. Está ubicado en el centro de Playa del Carmen, a solo 1 minuto de la Quinta Avenida y aproximadamente 10 minutos caminando de la playa, una ubicación ideal para disfrutar de restaurantes, tiendas, vida nocturna y las principales atracciones de la ciudad. La habitación fue muy acogedora, moderna y tranquila, con una excelente energía para descansar. Las camas son extremadamente cómodas y la ropa de cama es de alta calidad, lo que garantiza un descanso reparador después de un día explorando el Caribe Mexicano. Todo el personal fue muy amable, profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, haciendo que la experiencia fuera aún más agradable. También me gustó mucho el amplio lobby, un espacio cómodo para trabajar con mi laptop o simplemente relajarme, además de contar con café de cortesía durante el día. En mi opinión, Nidara Suites ofrece actualmente una de las mejores relaciones calidad-precio entre los hoteles del centro de Playa del Carmen. Si buscas un hotel boutique moderno, bien ubicado, cerca de la Quinta Avenida y la playa, con habitaciones confortables, excelente servicio y tarifas competitivas, definitivamente lo recomiendo. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí en mi próxima visita a Playa del Carmen."
