"Mixed experience - The front desk staff are wonderful - very courteous, helpful, and accommodating. The lobby is clean and so were the kitchen, dining area and bathroom. Unfortunately, I have to ding them on cleanliness of the bed area. We booked the Japanese style room and the tatami floors were really gross (like, dirtiest I've ever seen).
