"Check in was nice and smooth and they actually give our ice cream, as you wait for that one minute of checking in. which is a Very good idea as the weather is hot outside. The concierge was great too, soon as our cab arrives they come and help with our luggage then delivered to our room. That was a great help. Room was nice and clear give a feeling of welcome. The fridge in the room have a sticker telling one that the drinks is on the house, lot of hotel don't have that. If one needs to choose a hotel in Penang this is one of the hotel I strongly recommend."

"The room sizes are big with room amenities such as water, tea, coffee and bathroom necessities are provided. There was even a microwave in the room and water filtration system in the hallway. Two air conditioners....one for the bedroom and one for the living room makes the place cool and comfortable. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. This place is well situated and close to a shopping mall and within walking distance (around 10 min) to main tourist sites. "
