"It was ok until our room had an aircond leak which was rectified but yet again leaked. Imagine more than twice hotel maintenance had to resolve the issue by entering our room. Other than that staff was pleasant and stay was ok."

"The room was wonderful. Very clean, modern, and spacious. Although the hotel is a little ways from the historical downtown, you can take the free bus (CAT) and get off at stop 11 and from there the hotel is less than a10 min walk. CAT made it very easy to get anywhere in town from the hotel.
The only negative was the wifi was awful. It was constantly dropping and I had to reconnect multiple times each session. "

"This hotel maintains a good management of G Hotel team but with a more affordable rate. It is still close to the two major shopping malls. The amenities were good and the rooms were nice. We truly enjoyed our stay. "

The only concern I encountered was the lack of consistent hot water in the showers, which I have also experienced during previous visits. I hope the hotel will take this into consideration and address the issue. Aside from that, the property remains an excellent choice and a truly enjoyable place to stay in Penang."
