Check in was nice and smooth and they actually give our ice cream, as you wait for that one minute of checking in. which is a Very good idea as the weather is hot outside. The concierge was great too, soon as our cab arrives they come and help with our luggage then delivered to our room. That was a great help. Room was nice and clear give a feeling of welcome. The fridge in the room have a sticker telling one that the drinks is on the house, lot of hotel don't have that. If one needs to choose a hotel in Penang this is one of the hotel I strongly recommend.

Baby G is far superior to its larger sibling.

Have hitherto stayed at the G Hotel Gurney and decided to try out the Baby G this time. Was a very welcome and pleasant surprise. It’s quieter and friendlier. Not noisy and buzzing with out of control children in the common areas including the dining areas. Guests are entitled to free car parking which is a huge plus. Will stay at this one the next time also.
