G Hotel is always my go-to hotel whenever I visit Penang. The location is excellent and very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining and other nearby attractions. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was equally spacious and well maintained. The overall stay was pleasant and comfortable, as always. Definitely a hotel I would continue to choose whenever I’m in Penang. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at G Hotel Gurney Penang. What stood out to us most was the warm and friendly service. The team was always responsive, attentive and proactive, which made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with good amenities and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was another highlight, with a very good spread and plenty of choices to start the day. We also enjoyed the convenience of having good restaurants within the hotel. The location is excellent too, with Gurney Plaza just next to the hotel, making shopping and dining so easy. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with lovely hospitality, good food and a great location. We would be happy to stay here again.

Breakfast was good. However, our room is on the 14th floor. The AC is working but since the building is paint in black color (absorb heat faster) and the room is on the top floor (heat goes up naturally), my room was very hot and humid. We need better air flow and air conditioning there.
