"The room was clean. The staff was nice and I always think it’s pretty cool when you have a restaurant inside of the hotel that way if you don’t feel like traveling far to get a quick bite or if you had a long flight and you just need something quick to eat to relax I think it’s always cool and the fact that they had two restaurants a free workout room a free, beautiful seating area where you can just relax in a restaurant with the patio is super cool"

"Third stay at Hotel St James, my “go to” venue for NYC stays. Clean comfy room and helpful staff. Conveniently located just off Times Square. A short walk to either 47-50th St (Rockefeller) or 42nd Street (Times Square) subway stations, between these two you can get to almost anywhere in NY quickly and cheaply. I look forward to staying again on the future!"

"The rooms were very spacious and the location was amazing! The staff was very helpful with extra pillows and blankets. The only downside for us was that the air-conditioning was a little inconsistent (but it kept us plenty cool at night), and there was no washer and dryer available for guests or even on site laundry. Other than those two things, we loved our stay at the Hyatt Grand Central and will definitely stay again!"
