"Our room was nice but we had a suit and weren’t allowed to use the breakfast on the top floor or even charge drinks from the lobby to our room that we had a 450$ deposit hold on. The check in was very slow and the check out as well they only had 2 people working at the front desk and it was very busy, for this calibre of hotel and price I would expect more."

"Absolutely wonderful hotel. Location is perfect- best win was finding it connected to the MRT station which meant no getting wet in the afternoon rain with suitcases on our arrival day. Helpful staff in all areas. Wonderful buffet breakfast that serves food from many nationalities. Lovely rooms. Amazing cocktails and views from Skai bar - remember to book a table ! Could not fault this hotel !"
