"It was convenient to the mall. It took the next day to realize the elevators took us there. It was clean besides a stain on a pillow. There was only a bed sheet instead of a fitted sheet. I liked it had a little fridge and dining table. The bathroom reminded me of a motorhome style. It had a little souviner shop downstairs, I wish it was stocked with more stuff. Breakfast was neat. I like the cafeteria/self serve style. I would stay again if in the area for a night or two. "

"Had a great stay here. From check in to check out everything was great. The staff was friendly and attentive and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Loved the amenities. The only setback would be that it’s far from the city or any other food/malls etc. (you would have to Grab and the closest would be like 10 mins away) Also their pool and beach times close very early. (Pool closes at 8pm and beach 6pm) seems like a more family friendly place. Their breakfast buffet is really good with lots of variety. Overall great time!"

"We stayed at Dusit Thani Resort from July 14 to 16, occupying rooms 1502, 1503, and 1504 as a group—and overall, the experience was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with heartfelt smiles and that signature Filipino hospitality that immediately made us feel relaxed and cared for. The staff consistently went above and beyond, with genuine warmth and attention to detail that stood out throughout our stay. A very special mention goes to Hiroshi, who took care of us at the buffet. He was incredibly kind, accommodating, and attentive—always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and making us feel truly welcome. His friendly presence elevated every meal and left a lasting impression on all of us. The resort itself is gorgeous, with lush tropical landscaping, serene walkways, and access to a beautiful beach. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, perfect for unwinding after a full day. That said, the only downside of our stay was the view from our rooms. Unfortunately, we faced a construction site and an untidy area, which did take away from the overall resort atmosphere. Given the beauty of the beachfront and the rest of the property, it would have been wonderful to enjoy a beach or garden view instead—especially for such a special getaway. Despite that, the service, amenities, and the warmhearted staff—especially Hiroshi—made our stay a memorable one. We truly enjoyed our time at Dusit Thani and would love to return"
